Only your product catalog (Shopify's read_products scope), so you can pick a product when logging a lot. TraceKit does not read orders, customers, or any personal data about your customers, and it never writes to your store. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Lots attach to a product, and to a specific variant when the product has exactly one variant. A per-variant picker for multi-variant products is on the roadmap.
Not yet. Your records live in the app while it is installed, and you can request a copy from us at any time by emailing support@nerdlabs.us.
Your lot records are kept for 48 hours so an accidental uninstall can be reversed by reinstalling. After that, Shopify sends its shop-redaction request and everything for your store is permanently deleted.
